Only a few days left until Winter Break!

Upcoming events this week:

12/19-Wednesday: Wear your Pajamas! 

12/20-Thursday: Winter Parties will be at 2p.m. in your student's room.

12/21-Friday: Early Release. Students will be released at 12:00 p.m.

We Wanna ROCK!

This week our students have been geologists! We are discovering rocks around us and why they are important. This group of students really did enjoy thinking outside of the box and making predictions about what we use these rocks for, where they may be from and what they might be made of.

Such great brain power they have!

It's beginning to look a lot like WINTER!

BRRRR!

We started off our week with a nice surprise! We hope with these dropping temperatures that everyone remembers to send your students with heavy coats.

We also hope that you remember to LABEL these coats, hats, mittens and other outer wear! :)

We are very proud of all your generous donations! Thanks again!Our school successfully donated OVER 2,000 items for our food drive!!Each first grade class passed their goals! WAY TO GO!!

Our classes have been exploring the world around us. After talking about maps we are exploring a little deeper. Our classes are looking closely at those features that make up our maps and the world around us!

There are 30 words to review. On Friday only 10 will be chosen for our test.
